1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and CanadaGolfDeals (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.canadagolfdeals.com website (the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California, United States. CanadaGolfDeals and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. Note for Canadian Consumers: If you are a resident of Quebec or another Canadian province with mandatory consumer protection laws, those local laws may apply to you despite the choice of California law above, to the extent that they cannot be waived by contract.
